September enrolments and re-enrolments: the full fee is due by the third Friday of term.

In case of severe weather closure or health emergency closure, lessons will be moved online. There will be no refunds.
Timetables are organized and planned for the duration of the school year even though payments are spread over three terms. Invoices will automatically be sent out at the end of the term to cater for the next term in the same school year. If you are not returning the following term, please advise us before the end of the current term so as to free up the slot.

Attendance: lessons will not be made up in case of a student’s absence; exceptions will only be made where a medical certificate is provided and if the schedule allows for it. In case of the teacher’s absence, lessons will be made up. As a courtesy, please advise in advance of any absences.

If you are a close contact or are displaying Covid-19 symptoms and need to self-isolate but are well enough for a lesson, the lesson will be moved online at the usual time. Zoom lessons are only offered as a back-up in this situation. Live attendance is strongly advised otherwise.
