• Payments by bank transfer: please indicate the student’s name. Bank details are available on request via email.

• Timely payments are essential to secure a time slot.  

• September enrolments and re-enrolments: the full fee is due by the third Friday of term.

• Late enrolments: fees will be adjusted to account for the number of weeks remaining in the term.

• Payment plans are available on request.

• Fees will not be refunded in case of a student’s absence.  These are flat fees that cover the time slot for the term. 

• In case of severe weather closure or health emergency closure, lessons will be moved online.  There will be no refunds.

• Timetables are organized and planned for the duration of the school year even though payments are spread over three terms. Invoices will automatically be sent out at the end of the term to cater for the next term in the same school year.  If you are not returning  the following term, please advise us before the end of the current term so as to free up the slot. 

• Timetables are made up at the end of August and are valid for the duration of the school year. 

• Late enrolments will be added at the start or at the end of the teaching day.

• Attendance: lessons will not be made up in case of a student’s absence; exceptions will only be made where a medical certificate is provided and if the schedule allows for it. In case of the teacher’s absence, lessons will be made up. As a courtesy, please advise in advance of any absences.

• Exceptional closure due to severe weather or public health emergency: lessons will be moved online and the timetable kept.  Online lessons are only offered as a back-up in this situation.  Live attendance is strongly advised otherwise.

• HOUSEKEEPING:

• Please do not block the driveway.  It is a private driveway and it is in constant use.

• Please come at the time of your lesson and not earlier, to avoid interrupting the previous pupil's lesson.
