- The student’s name

- The student’s date of birth

- The parent/carer’s name 

- The parent/carer’s contact information, including address, phone number and e-mail address

- Also collected and kept confidential are any medical conditions that we need to be aware of in order to conduct the classes in a safe environment

- The personal banking details used in connection with fee payments and refunds

- All contact information will only be used for contact purposes between the teacher and student/parent/carer

- Names of students and their date of birth will only be shared with an examining board for exam enrolment purposes

- Any medical information will be kept confidential and only shared with emergency services should a situation arise

- Banking details will only be used in connection with fee payments and refunds

- All personal contact and medical information will be gathered off-line and kept in a secure and locked location.  A copy will be kept on a secure cloud back-up

- No data of any kind will be exchanged on this website as this is an information website only

- Banking details will only be used and kept through online banking
